The Story

Fruity, balanced wine with hints of nuts and toasted bread.

Fresh and elegant wine with hints of rose and hawthorn. Serving temperature: 12°C

Surrounded by expanses of sunny lands, on which valuable vines have taken root since ancient centuries, stands the headquarters of Cabert—Cantina di Bertiolo, founded in 1960 in Bertiolo, a small agricultural village in the centre of the Grave del Friuli. The vineyard area is about 300 hectares, belonging to 60 growers who are also the shareholders of Cabert. Men with centuries of passion behind them, of sincere attention to the vine, a cultural heritage handed down from father to son, from generation to generation. The production chain, from the cultivation of grapes to bottling, has integrated traditional methods of winemaking with the best technologies. The equipment used for the harvest and the subsequent transformations preserves the quality and intrinsic characteristics of the grapes. The character of Cabert wines is balanced, with a vivid aromatic profile and a strong sense of terroir. Created to be appreciated on any occasion, they offer the pleasure of good drinking without weighing you down. The philosophy of the winery is to maintain an excellent quality/price ratio and a strong link with the territory: this consolidates the stable and lasting bond with a clientele that takes Cabert as a point of reference.

Country of Origin: Italy
